Center of Rest in Lavičky

The topic of this master´s thesis is a new building design of recreation centre in Lavičky and processing of project documentation for this building realization. This thesis is furthermore completed with two specializations. It deals specifically with a specialisation in the field of technical facilities of buildings – heating and air conditioning. The recreation centre is a complex of two units that will provide restaurant and accommodation services with leisure activities facilities. In one of the units there is designed an accommodation facility with smaller wellness area, in the other unit there is designed a restaurant. The estate where the units are located occurs in the north part of the village Lavičky. This locality is built up by family houses and apartment blocks. The architectural solution of the designed units follows on from the concept of simple country object where the object has the shape of rectangle ground plan and is roofed by typical saddle roof. The building of the restaurant and also the guest house is in the shape of rectangle and is roofed by double sheathed saddle roof with metal folded roofing in dark grey colour. As well it utilises modern elements of architecture as big window openings or dormers. The filling of the openings will be accomplished by wooden windows in natural shade. The façade of the units is designed in that way to match both unis together. It is solved by white façade paint in combination with cement splinter panels imitating wood or cement splinter panels in grey colour and is completed by outdoor wooden pergola or wooden storm porch. The wall base part is formed by mosaic façade in grey colour. The layout solution of the units follows on from operation requirements of the particular services and they are separated in space for customers and for operation space. The diploma thesis deals with the problems of sanitation installation in a multifunctional building in Kunstat. The theoretical part focuses on the analysis of the topic, with emphasis on the water demand. The experimental part focuses on drinking water consumption in real objects. The thesis also focuses on possible solutions given specialization. The project solves the sanitation installation of the multifunctional building in the selected variant. It is a multi-storey building where are a guesthouse for short-term accommodation, café, public toilets, commercial space and a fitness center.
Guest House "Na Pasekach"

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the project of a guest house, which is located in the area of Žďárské Vrchy. The concerned building stays on its own in a gently sloped down terrain. The whole building is constructed in a barrier-free way and is primarily intended to be used for recreation as well as housing capacity including eating facilities. The aforementioned premises are build on a rectangular groundplan with architectonic features of a log farmer´s house with agricultural buildings inside of the inbuild yard. There is a restaurant in the ground floor, furthermore room for social activities, terace, hall, reception, kachen, store house, bathroom and premises for employees. Attic apartments are constructed in the way that allows different sizes of the rooms. This range varies from two bed up to four bed rooms with a maximum capacity of 18 people including private bathrooms; and also small flat for the keeper of the premises. The building is designed with a wall-bearing system based on fundamental isolating special shaped bricks wasted in boarding of a plinth of fundamentals TERMO, formed from a concrete of a type C16/20. The vertical bearing-constructions are bricked from Porotherm 44 PROFI, Porotherm 36,5 PROFI on a mortar and light construction of a type of wooden house. The ceiling construction is made of prestressed concrete floor slab Spiroll Goldbeck. Half-Hipped Roof is made of wooden roof truss and is covered with special roofing material EUREKO DDS II in the shade of black. Facade is partly made of wooden facing, and partly plastered with facade plastering BAUMIT. Windows and entrance doors are wooden. For parking there are 18 spots available, out of which 2 are reserved for people with disabilities.
Sanatorium with Speleotherapy for Childern Ostrov u Macochy

This master´s thesis deals with the design of architectural study of new facility for Sanatorium with speleotherapy for children Ostrov u Macochy. The construction area is located in the protected landscape area of Moravsky kras, near small town Ostrov u Macochy in Blansko county. The main ambition of this study is to fully use the potential of target area. Children sanatorium mainly focuses on the treatment of respiratory diseases by using speleotherapy. They use nearby cave system for these purposes. This project consists of three main buildings – accommodation for patients, sanatorium and guest house. These objects are designed as well-functioning and cooperative complex which along with pleasant surroundings will satisfy all requirements needed for operating such a facility. The urban solution allows easy access to the centre of city Ostrov u Machochy and also into therapeutic caves. The final form of this study respects all important aspects of affected area and tries to naturally integrate into surrounding nature.

The aim of my thesis is to design new Guest house in Čeladná. First part is focused on building design and construction. Second part is focused on heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) design and renewable energy sources. Third part is focused on detailed solution of noise and vibration from the environment around building. Guest house is three – storey building but there is one more underground storey for technical facilities. Ground floor contains staff facilities, restaurant, entrance hall with stairs and office. On the second floor we can find four guest rooms with terrace and corridor. On the third floor we can find three guest rooms. Heating in the building is secured by gas condensing boilers. Ventilation is provided by two air condition units. Each guest room has radiators and cooling distribution units and ventilation. Cooling is secured by one cooling unit on the green roof. On the gable roof we can find 75 photovoltaic panels. Third part is focused on detailed solution of noise, vibration from the environment around building and spatial acoustics of guest room. The thesis is carried out in AutoCAD, Sketch up, Lumion and DEKSOFT software. All structures comply with the valid standards and regulation.
Guesthouse Zátoka

The aim of my thesis is to design new Guest house called Zátoka near the Pozlovice dam. Thesis is divided in three parts. First is part is focused on building design and construction. Second part is focused on HVAC design and renewable energy sources. Third part is focused on advanced application of BIM in building design. Guest house is two – storey building but there is one more underground storey for sport activities which is not part of the building service, but it is part of the design. Ground floor contains three guest rooms, office, utility room and air condition room and of course wind lobby and entrance hall with stairs. In the second floor we can find four guest rooms and corridor. Heating in the building is secured by pellet boiler with storage reservoir. Ventilation is provided by two air condition units. And cooling is secured by one cooling unit on the roof. Each room has radiators and cooling distribution units and ventilation. On the roof we can find 26 photovoltaic panels. Third part is focused on digital model of the building. Each part of the model contains information and whole model is one big database of information about the building which can be used through the whole life cycle of the building.
Cattle farm Helvikovice

Bachelor‘s thesis deals with the renewal and extension of the main building complex in Lower Court Helvíkovice in the Pardubice region. The aim of this work is to find the appropriate architectural and urban design, which would meet the requirements for new functional use of the original building to agricultural use. It is a secluded farm, which is engaged in breeding bulls. There are more buildings, but part of the thesis is to develop the main building, which serves as the public. The exact current status is unknown, only the design documentation of reconstruction of the embrace from which partially come out. This object is an elongated shape, which I extended because of the insertion of stairs to the attic, and this extension continues further winter garden of round wood glued trusses. In order to alleviate the length of the building, I used vertical strips of wood paneling on the facade. The newly designed building, which is located in close proximity to the road, invites the public to visit, as part of the building is also a shop with fresh bull meat. Also sitting in the conservatory, overlooking the whole area and the possibility of snacks. Who would want to stay longer has the opportunity to book one of the five apartments that are located in the attic of the building. Another part of the building is used for cutting meat, with all its requirements. The last part of the building is left as a dwelling for the owner of the farm.

This thesis addresses the design documentation for Guest House in Uherský Ostroh at street Dlouhá 249. The building is designed to accommodate up to 48 guests, which is available restaurant. The restaurant has a capacity of sixty people, the kitchen is expected to serving 200 meals per day. The proposed facility is located in the plane is no basement and has two floors. The building is covered with a gable roof in part, in part walkable flat roof.

This thesis deals with the project documentation of the accommodation facility.Guest house kapacity is 26 beds and 32 seated restaurant. The object is designed as a threefloor. In the first floor is located main entrance, reception desk and restaurant with facilities and wellness.In the sekond and thirt floor are rooms for guests and five other beds for a staffs. On second floor has been situated room for invalids also. The building is walled with saddle roof. The project was processed by a computer program ArchiCAD.

The subject of this thesis is the elaboration of a complete business plan for a new guest house. The work is divided into two parts. The first part deals with theoretical solutions needed for a new business in the hotel industry. The theoretical part is followed by a practical part, which is processed in several types of analyzes designed to identify the company itself and its competition. Analysis also serves as a source of information to create a business plan of the new guest house, which will be able to succeed in competitive challenges and become a thriving enterprise.
